How do I return an item?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Fit4Swimming.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return items within 28 days of receipt of the product for a full refund (less postage costs). We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage supplied free of charge from the Post Office which provides you with limited insurance with Royal Mail if the item is lost during posting. Alternatively for added security you can choose Signed for postage or Next day special delivery.
We do please ask that all return items are in their original packaging where possible in their original unused condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals on suits intact. Please also include a copy of the invoice received, clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item please return the item to us along with a copy of your invoice, and indicate on the invoice which item is required as an alternative.
In the case of faulty goods, please send with a copy of the invoice to our returns department, detailing the nature of the complaint and care given. In all cases we will assess the faulty goods and endeavour to provide an identical replacement, or substitute with an item of similar value or provide a refund if you are not completely happy!
